本機(jī)適用于熟食品、鹵制食品(雞翅、鳳爪、五香干,牛肉、魷魚等)、榨菜、炒貨類、干貨類。加料、制袋、封口、裁切全自動(dòng)完成,并帶有自動(dòng)抽真空、計(jì)數(shù);配碳帶日期打印;自動(dòng)控溫,自動(dòng)光電跟蹤,變頻無極調(diào)速。

3.次用高精度體滾壓式熱封滾輪作為縱封模具,連續(xù)牽行滾壓,確保封口致密嚴(yán)實(shí),袋形平整,精致美觀。
4.調(diào)整快捷方便。不需要更換模具就可以進(jìn)行袋長(zhǎng)無級(jí)調(diào)整。且縱封、充填料、打批號(hào)、橫封橫切等執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)均可通過人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
5.整機(jī)采用進(jìn)口PLC控制,各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)全部采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),使各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)均能精確自動(dòng)同步定位。
6.采用光電跟蹤系統(tǒng),保證了包裝袋雙面圖案對(duì)版。
