5. 制版周期短、成本低制一副多色凹版滾筒的周期為5?10天，而柔印版制作為5小時(shí)。柔性版視印刷面積而定版材大小，比凹印滾筒成本低得多。

6. 印前預(yù)熱，印后風(fēng)刀干燥設(shè)計(jì)。解決衛(wèi)星式印刷機(jī)各印刷單元之間距離太短，油墨干燥不良時(shí)容易造成的蹭臟。
